I used to love coloring Easter eggs being a kid and I still enjoy spending Easter with my nephews. So, I’ve grabbed a few tips and tricks over time that I feel as if sharing. If you had issue with your egg coloring this season, here are some tips that can make next Easter easier.
First of, filling plastic eggs with goodies is easier plus more convenient. In fact, I had to make it happen in 2010 because my nephew dropped the carton of real eggs on a lawn. If you’re going to color eggs, though, here are some tips.I’ve learned to avoid doing the plastic shrink wrapper egg decorations, particularly if small kids could happen. They are nearly impossible to get right, even for the steadiest and many patient hands. Instead, I stay with plain food coloring.
The then all you have that I’ve learned as time passes is to remove the space and set down plastic or newspaper. The smaller the kids, the larger the mess usually is. The last thing you have to do is have your belongings painted.
It’s important too for everyone involved to put on old clothes. Yes, the food coloring should wash out. Why risk it on your favorite shirt, though?
Finally, get yourself a variety of eggs that could be evenly divided from the number of kids which can be coloring them and make sure that you, the adult, distribute them. I’ve seen more fights over who gets to color the last egg than I can count. Also, ensure each of your children have their own own coloring area, in order that there’s no fights over so and so while using the color that someone else wants. That way, the experience could be fun for anyone, not really a stressful ordeal.
