I used to love coloring Easter eggs being a kid and I still enjoy spending Easter with my nephews. So, I’ve picked up some suggestions and tricks in the past that I feel like sharing. If you had downside to your egg coloring in 2010, here are some ideas that could make next Easter easier.
First coming from all, filling plastic eggs with goodies is easier plus more convenient. In fact, I had to do it this coming year because my nephew dropped the carton of real eggs on a lawn. If you’re going to color eggs, though, follow this advice.I’ve learned to prevent doing the plastic shrink wrapper egg decorations, particularly if small kids are involved. They are extremely difficult to obtain right, even for the steadiest and most patient hands. Instead, I stick to plain food coloring.
The alternative that I’ve learned as time passes is to remove the space and hang down plastic or newspaper. The smaller the children, the larger the mess usually is. The last thing you need to do is have your belongings painted.
It’s important too for everybody involved to wear old clothes. Yes, the foodstuff coloring should wash out. Why risk it in your favorite shirt, though?
Finally, obtain a number of eggs that may be evenly divided from the amount of kids which might be coloring them and ensure which you, the adult, distribute them. I’ve seen more fights over who gets to color the past egg than I can count. Also, make sure each of the children have their own own coloring area, to ensure that there is no fights over so and so using the color a thief else wants. That way, the experience can be fun for everyone, not only a stressful ordeal.
