I used to love coloring Easter eggs as a kid and I still enjoy spending Easter with my nephews. So, I’ve found some tips and tricks over time that I feel like sharing. If you had trouble with your egg coloring this season, below are great tips that can make next Easter easier.
First of most, filling plastic eggs with goodies is simpler and more convenient. In fact, I had to acheive it this season because my nephew dropped the carton of real eggs on the floor. If you’re planning to color eggs, though, here are some tips.I’ve learned to avoid doing the plastic shrink wrapper egg decorations, particularly if young children are participating. They are almost impossible to get right, even for the steadiest and a lot patient hands. Instead, I stay with plain food coloring.
The alternative that I’ve learned in recent times is to pay off the space and put down plastic or newspaper. The smaller the children, the bigger the mess usually is. The last thing you need to do is have your belongings painted.
It’s also important for all involved to wear old clothes. Yes, the meal coloring should wash out. Why risk it on your favorite shirt, though?
Finally, have a quantity of eggs that could be evenly divided from the variety of kids which are coloring them and make certain that you just, the adult, distribute them. I’ve seen more fights over who gets to color the last egg than I can count. Also, ensure each of your children get their own coloring area, so that there is not any fights over so therefore using the color that someone else wants. That way, the feeling could be fun for everybody, not a stressful ordeal.
